OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH We at Warriors for the Kingdom are evangelical, fundamental, and charismatic in our beliefs. WE BELIEVE† that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that is the final authority for the believer. 2 Tim 3:16 † that Jesus is the Son of God, conceived of the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary. Matt 1:18 † that Jesus is the Savior of the world, died on the cross so that we might be free from the penalty of sin. John 3:16 and Rom 5:8 † that, after three days, Jesus rose from the grave (John 2:19-21) and now sits at the right hand of the Father as our Intercessor. Heb 7:25 † that on the day of Pentecost, the Holy Ghost was poured out upon the one hundred and twenty in the upper room. Acts 2:1-4 † that every Christian is baptized into Christ, at the moment of salvation, by the Holy Ghost. 1 Cor 12:13. † that we can also, as did the 120, receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost, with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues. Acts 2:4 † that we have a commission from God to preach the Gospel to the world with the demonstration of the Spirit's power. 1 Cor 2:4 † that Jesus is coming back to receive His bride (1Thes 4:16-17 and Rev 19:7-8) and then, after seven years, come and set up His eternal kingdom on earth. Rev 21:1-2. MISSION STATEMENT OF WARRIORS FOR THE KINGDOMThe mission statement of Warriors for the Kingdom is "Taking the Word to the World and the Cross to the Lost." Our purpose is to speed the coming of the Kingdom of God to the earth through the evangelization of the nations of the world. We will do as the apostles of the first century did. It was said of them that they turned the world upside down (Acts 17:6). Go ye therefore and preach the Gospel to all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Matthew 28:19 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
